Just received 3 days ago. Doesn't seem to be as strong as the Diamond version (but that might be because the built-in program gets stronger every time you use it for the first 2 weeks). My only problem is trying to register it to get the promised free brush head. 1. In order to GET a brush head, you must enroll in a program that will automatically mail you brush heads for a fee. 2. YOU DO NOT ENTER THE "5300" MODEL NUMBER ANYWHERE ON YOUR WEBSITE! This is very strange and makes me wonder if this is an old model that they don't carry anymore, right? I will update this over time.
