Review on TheCoolCube by Anthony Epps

My recent visit to TheCoolCube was a letdown for me as an electronics industry veteran. They have a lot of options, but I'm not sure I can trust the quality of what they sell. When I received my purchase from TheCoolCube, I realized the products were of low quality. The electronics appeared to be antiquated, and the accessories and maintenance products were of poor quality. Furthermore, there was a severe dearth of service to customers. I felt unheard and unsatisfied by their dismissive reaction to my concerns when I voiced them. In sum, I would not suggest TheCoolCube to anyone shopping for high-quality electronics. While they have a lot to choose from, the quality of their products and assistance is lacking. If you want high-quality electronics you should seek elsewhere.
