I bought these to light up my new solar system until I finished installing it at my school. I used a construction stapler and simply attached the wires between each fixture to the ceiling. I hooked it up to my fuse box and put a toggle switch between the fuse and the light. This is more than enough to light a 24ft x 7.5ft school. Since they were cheap, I planned on just getting rid of them once the build was complete, but now I think I'll buy a few more, thread them around the corners of the ceiling, and use them for extra accent lighting. Very soothing light, not too bright, not dimmed. The color spectrum is over 6000k because it is a bluish tint.
