So the price is good for what it does. I have a lot of lower back pain from a previous weightlifting job. Not to mention slipping and falling twice while working in a truck delivery service. This product is a game changer. I even have trouble getting out of bed and I have severe lower back pain. But with this I get almost instant relief. I'm not saying it's permanent relief as I've only just started using it. But I do feel like my back arches over time as it should with this product. I feel a stretch and the pain seems to go away. After lying on it for a few minutes, I feel the same way. I didn't even have to take any painkillers, just the product, a few minutes on the floor and I feel like it's gone. Time will tell when this returns but I will be making this a new daily routine to get rid of the pain. Of course I can still feel pain when I come back to work and during work, but I will definitely feel relief at home. The little bumps are nice too, they don't dig into my back or anything, they just give me extra relief. They're not very stiff and have foam padding to help if they dig into your back too much. Definitely recommend this product if you have back pain.
