The best thing about Easy Share is that it has all the features you need in one software. This makes the setup very easy. Also, its price is cheap. If you are looking for data backup, then this can be your go-to solution. It offers multiple options for back up and we can choose from among them as per our requirements. We have not found any disadvantage of Easy Share Data Backup yet. However, some of the functions like the ability to create different schedules or schedule backups are not there. I would say try the free demo and check out if you find that everything works the way you want it to. I personally think that Easy Share is simple and cost effective when compared to other solutions available today. One thing I like most about Easy Share is that it is compatible with both Windows and Mac OS. You can use it on each of them without having to install something extra. The ease of use in managing all our business documents such as contracts and invoices makes this software very user friendly. It's easy for non-technical staff to start using it too which has been great since we have so many people working remotely now! There isn't much I dislike about Easy Share but there could be some more templates available that are free or cheaper than others (like Invoice Templates). We've found it useful for tracking customer payments and contract renewals.
