Delivery was great, product looks like my original part, I followed the programming instructions as directed, my car flashed the hazard lights when it went into programming mode but the remotes did were never programmed for my car. I've tried countless times, even changing the batteries as I thought they came with dead batteries. Most remotes have a sticker on the battery to keep them from dying, but this one doesn't. Despite a new battery and new attempts, I finally gave up programming. It is impossible to contact the seller, at least I did not find such an opportunity. I ended up replacing the covers on my old remote which still works great and now the new cover makes it look brand new too so I am not returning it. However, I would like them to work on my car as I don't have a spare remote. Maybe I'll try again and actually get the remaining remote to program, although I highly doubt it.
