It's hard to find sandals for narrow feet but these with two adjustable straps will do the trick. When they arrived I found that there was no adjustable heel strap, but that didn't turn out to be a problem. My son has a really big kid who is a size 5 but these sandals leave room in front of the toes so I would say they are a bit big. Not so much that I've downsized, it's not uncomfortable and it means they'll hold it longer.
