Easy to use! Very clear documentation for each tool including examples how to set up your environment is available in their website or Github repository. The support team was very fast at replying all tickets i created via chat as well as emails within minutes. Also it's easy to create new integrations/plugins by yourself if needed without having to contact Dev Support which I really like this feature since you can work alone most often than not but still be supported when required. Having Jenkins integrated into our CI system makes setting things up easier compared to other products out there that require separate installations outside from what we already have running internally - so no need to install additional software. We are using LoadTester & StressTest together along with several plugins to monitor application performance over time under different scenarios such as concurrent users' traffic patterns etc.
