I bought this bag to store my Makita 5" random orbit sander and its accessories. Landing is good: not small and not big. Besides the sander itself, I also like the detachable handle , the dust bag, the instruction manual and 100 sheets of sandpaper in ziplock bags. There are several bags of different sizes, with different straps and fasteners - more than I really need. Material and workmanship feel solid. The bag comes with a shoulder strap, which I haven't used.I prefer soft cases over hard power tool cases as they allow more flexibility in how and what you store.This case fits the bill.
