I really like these. I bought them because my beautiful little boxer girl was dying of aggressive cancer. She was only four. Lots of prayers, lots of essential oils, especially holy incense, holy water and these sage sticks. Protecting our house from negativity was very important to her. Keep them and all of us as calm and comfortable as possible. It was and is the saddest time of our lives. I wouldn't wish on anyone to lose a dog that young. It's so tragic and heartbreaking. Burning sage is very helpful in relieving emotional stress. After going through the house and driving out the evil and negativity, true peace comes with a better attitude. Welcoming only kindness, purity and love. She passed away peacefully with the help of a family vet. The vet was so impressed with all the natural and healthy things we did for our little boxer girl. If you have negativity in your life, walk through the house with this sage and repeat a positive mantra. After that you will feel better.
