I like that it is very easy to use for an engineer or field technician as well so we can have all our jobs under one place instead of checking each site's website separately which saves time! It makes tracking everything much easier than separate spreadsheets etc - just 1 centralized location in case someone forgets something they need at another job/site but also keeps track if needed when traveling between sites with same client-company relationship (same project). The user interface needs some improvements such as making them feel better about using this software by giving free training sessions online through videos maybe? Make sure you get your own version installed locally first before purchasing anything since there are always delays sometimes even up until 6 months after purchase from what my experience has been. We were able solve problems easily because now everyone knows where things go without confusion especially while working remotely.
