The washer is flimsy but works
Screws attach directly. There are no bolt alignment issues. The washer is thin and fuel spills out everywhere. I'm not sure if it's my tank or this washing machine. I replaced the shim with a thicker replacement shim I had at the store and it has been working fine ever since.
