The software is very easy for both users (employees) & admin/officers / managers alike!! I love how quick it can process payments etc., so we don't need 2 different apps or systems anymore which keeps our business running smoothly even during these difficult times when people are at home due mainly because they're concerned about coronoviruses spread within their community. No problems whatsoever. ! It is very easy for our team to use this app. It makes it so much easier than using physical cards or pens. We also love how quick we are able to approve/decline people at our front door. I wish there was something better like allowing guests to self check into their appointment without needing someone else to do so. If you want a great way to keep track of visitors then definitely give this one a try. This helps us see which staff members need training on what they can't come back in if they're sick.
