Review on Holder Rectangular Porcelain Socket Halogen by Eugene Cox

I needed a compact lamp base that can be used in high temperature (coffee roaster) environments. Plastic bases, although plentiful and cheap, are not suitable. This ceramic lamp base holds up well after a dozen cycles. I'm pushing the 180C limit on the ceramic base, but the attached silicone wire runs through a much cooler area. Combined with a G_5.3 halogen lamp, this holder solved my problem with high temperature lighting.
