I rated this product poorly; Now that I've had it for a while and have used it more often, I apologize for my delay in hoping that with additional use my information will be more complete. Let me just say that my last pastry and pastry knife has been with me for 30 years, so it was obviously an emotional goodbye, whatever form it took. While a good pastry knife can't change the world, it has changed my little kitchen world. After doing some research I settled on this one based on the reviews as well as its looks and style. After using it I am very satisfied with the quality and size. I have very small hands and this cutter is much more comfortable than the large ones I held in my hand. The blades are of very good quality, as is the handle. I just made 8 pie crusts with this cutter this morning and it works like a charm. Easy to use, mixes well, doesn't mix. I want to cut and mix the peels as little as possible to get the desired effect. Otherwise the crusts can become hard. There were no problems with this product; fast and efficient. I love the product and will definitely order from this company again. The company was very attentive with fast delivery.
