Review on CURT 13240 Trailer Receiver Hyundai by Calvin Booker

Like all other CURT hitches I've used this is a solid, well engineered product. It fits my Hyundai Tucson 2021 perfectly. I installed it myself 6 weeks after a total knee replacement. I wish I had some help, but a good quality floor jack made the one man installation possible. The instructions are too simple. You can find more help on YouTube. Essentially you have to lower the muffler to get the hitch in position. It's not as difficult as it seems. All you have to do is spray something like WD40 or silicon spray on the bushings of the rubber mounts and remove the muffler from the bushings (I was able to build a jack to move the hitch and then a bolt on one side again attach). Installation took less than an hour and saved me almost $400 compared to what U-Haul was willing to charge for the same hitch.
