I installed this unit professionally in my van and it worked one day. The manufacturer sent us a replacement circuit board so we could try to fix it ourselves. My husband installed this and was shocked during the process. When this board was in the device it still had the same problem. I asked if I could return and was told NO as it was outside the return window. I just spent $700 on it and now I can't afford to buy another one.
