I bought this clock to help my Elementary students learn how to tell time. I teach classes that cover K-4th grades. I set the clock up to show digital time always. The problem is that it is basically 2 clock with one face. What I mean by that it has a normal quartz analog clock mechanism and then a second digital clock mechanism that runs the digital clock. This digital mechanism also has a thermometer which it can display. The problem comes with getting both clocks synced, you have to play around to get it close. I will have to wait and see how long it takes for them to drift apart.Other than that it is a nice size and is easy to read.
