I would hardly call this a "big" ash bucket. Small or medium is more accurate. Ashes from cleaning a wood stove can hardly be put in this bucket. On particularly busy days I had to empty it twice. The bucket looks pretty cheap. not durable at all. The handle is thin, flat, uncontoured, cuts into the hand when carried and doesn't seem to take even a year to break off. In addition, the company that sells this product does not act in good faith. The original post showed this ash bucket with a shovel. However, when the item arrived, the shovel was not included. I contacted the company to have it replaced and instead of sending me a shovel they claimed the bucket wasn't included and went so far as to remove all the old photos from the list and add new ones. This was incredibly dishonest behavior, and they refused to send me a scoop until I threatened negative reviews, a Better Business Bureau claim, and a negative review from Consumer Reports. Even then, it took a week and a half before they even shipped a scoop. Spend a little more money and buy a better quality bucket from an honest company.
