The laptop had to be returned shortly after arrival due to a fan problem. He returned to the manufacturer a week ago. The manufacturer's customer service was very polite in responding to my grandson's inquiries and telling me that a new notebook would be sent to him. He is disappointed and excited and was informed today that it will be shipped in 3-5 days. He loved it for about 2 weeks before it had to be returned and what should have been a very special gift is now more of a concern than a celebration. As a buyer I would like a definitive answer when it is delivered. If this is not possible, I would prefer a refund of the cost of the laptop and protection plan.
