Review on Samsung LC34H890WJNXGO Ultrawide Curved Monitor with 3440x1440 Resolution, 100Hz Refresh Rate, Tilt and Height Adjustment, and Flicker-Free Technology by Jay Allen

I bought this monitor for work as it had great features - good screen for data analysis, USB-C (to keep my desk tidy), USB 3 hub, etc. USB-C turns out to be useless , as the monitor can't keep my Macbook Pro charged and I still have to use the Apple power adapter. Also, the usb hub is only 2.0 when used for a mac which I use for a gigabit ethernet adapter. At USB 2.0 speeds, it only works at 3-400Mbps, which is way slower than I need. In addition, the picture quality is "pretty good". Not outstanding. Not good enough considering the price. I expect everything to "work" on a monitor in this price range. Samsung really changed the details.
