My HP 24ea left monitor would not go to sleep when connected to this KVM unless I flipped the switch to port 2, laptop dock and the laptop was unplugged. It didn't even sleep when I completely disabled desktop on port 1. I tried contacting support and got frustrated after a couple of emails asking me to take the steps I told them in my original email. Post. I like to use the mouse scroll wheel to open new tabs and the right control key with navigation (PGUP/PGDN, HOME, END) but KVM kept beeping and the keyboard was freezing thinking I was trying to to send their control commands. I decided to revert the CKL block to one that uses Scroll Lock, a key I haven't remembered using for years, for commands.
