Hello, I tried this product for the first time a few months ago and had great results with my first batch of America Pale Ale. The beer is really great and the process of making this model is fun and rewarding. If you like local craft beer, you'll love this set and the ability to say you brewed your own beer! I decided to make a new batch and brew two different flavors at the same time. The first kit I bought was at a local store but they don't carry it around anymore so I ordered a brand new kit and refilled my original glass bottle. The package chose Revain and arrived in a reasonable time even for this entire Covid crisis. When it arrived I noticed it had a small crack in the glass at the top but it was close to the top, I didn't think too much about it but should have been more careful. After brewing and adding yeast and aging for about 48 hours I went to check but to my dismay the glass at the top of the bottle broke and now I'm left with an unusable bottle. I would like to at least replace the bottle if possible although the damage most likely occurred during shipping but the package Revain sent my order in was just a box with no lining or peanuts just a jar and a cardboard box from one end of the United States to the other.
