Review on K&H Pet Products EZ Window Mount Kitty Sill - Single to Quad Level by Stephanie Shatnawi

UPDATE :: 11/28/15 Bought a second double stack seat 7th October, installed 9th October - through 8th November the nylon straps hold up from the front row up second stage failed (completely torn in half at the seam). I contacted K&H about the warranty and was told I would have to pay shipping both ways if I wanted to replace it. Something like a tick, just thought we'd use it as a single layer since the top half was still fine. Today, November 28th, both suction cups that fix the upper straps to the window are completely out of order. Not that they are no longer liable. no They broke in half. The suction cup still sticks to the window, but the strap and swivel mechanism came loose immediately. I checked our original and the nylon has started to tear, the suction cups are fine so far. Our cats weigh 4 pounds, 5 pounds and 7 pounds. It's unforgivable. In less than 2 months, one has failed completely, the second is starting to fail. I hate that our cats love these things so much - they'll probably kill us in our sleep if we don't get a replacement like they did today. The place for the window bars is velcro and we didn't drill any wood in any way! Our cats have been fighting over the sills of certain windows for months, so we ordered this window sill and they loved it! The suction cups are incredibly strong, the frame is sturdy and the straps are thick and of good quality. All three of our cats grab him and he doesn't move. I will order another one!
