You curl your hair! I don't need my hair that long. By far the best method is to spritz dry hair with some sort of styling spray and then let it dry. They are NOT comfy for sleeping so I spray them on dry hair and apply when I wake up. It only takes a little time and you can use a hair dryer (no heat) to speed up the process.
