I like how easy it was for me as an individual agent working in another state, without internet access at work or home! The only con about this service? You can easily go through all your email messages with out ever having too look back into them (unless you decide not have something archived). This helps reduce some workloads from both parties involved when communicating via emails instead if needing someone's live presence over social media sites/websites which could be very time consuming depending upon where they are located physically /workplace wise etc.. Overall its been great being able see each others calendars online while we try & keep track off things going forward so everyone has our contact information available whenever needed. We use CCBC because i am employed by a local insurance carrier here within NC but also travel across US sometimes just doing general marketing type stuff - keeping up good relations w clients who might want more insurances carriers services down south than us currently providing locally. Benefits include ease knowing whats upcoming next week before hand; saving alot less hours compared then using other communication method such calls + texting+ phone conversations when traveling between states or even country borders!! It makes life easier overall since everything gets put onto one website rather getting lost looking up contacts info or calling people directly! And saves from sending multiple texts asking what plans I like this tool very much because it makes my work easier in terms of data entry, billing and invoicing process. It is very easy to use as well. So far, I have nothing to complain about but perhaps there could be some improvements which is possible if there is some time for its improvement. There's nothing so far which I dislike. Its good software to handle all your bookings and accounting needs. It is very useful in tracking customer data and helps you with invoicing as well.
