Also, the plug (a device that plugs into the wall) got very hot and plugging it into other outlets didn't help. It was constantly very hot and we were afraid it would catch fire or something worse. That's crap. Tried a different charger. SUPER slow. My USB car phone charges my phone faster. When my phone was connected to the network at 36% power. After 3 hours he was at 65% capacity.
