I am very satisfied with the customer service of this company. I have an Epson printer; it's terrible. This product is GOOD. Be careful with your printer! The initial problems I saw were with EPSON (and their terrible ET 2650 printer). After initial problems, the BEST PRINTER group contacted me. you worked with me They really went out of their way to see that I am a happy customer. One of the best customer services I've ever experienced. They went out of their way to provide online information and recommendations to help me solve my problems. I see that my problems were with EPSON and not with these people or their cleaning solution. The solution really works, it cleans the nozzles and heads, and the syringe and fluid worked perfectly. Check your printer and look online to see if there are any errors or pitfalls with cleaning. Some of these printers are so poorly designed or constructed that you can only bring them to them for repair/cleaning. -But this product delivers what it promises. Watch the YouTube video for your specific printer and follow the instructions VERY CAREFULLY. (Again, this has to do with your printer, not the cleaning solution.) The cleaning solution and BEST PRINTERS are both legit and really go above and beyond to keep their customers happy.
