Review on 🏌️ Wilson Staff Fifty Elite Golf Balls: Vibrant Orange, Pack of 12 - Unparalleled Performance by Jason Richardson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great quality and great ball (for most people) at any price

The Wilson Staff 50 Elite does what every inexperienced golfer wants: it goes far when you don't have super fast turning speed, and it does low rotation, which makes it move straight. It also feels softer than usual and is great for chipping and putting. For any golfer ranging from slightly above average to terrible, this ball is for you. To be honest, I'd rather play this ball than any other ball at any price, including the vaunted Titleist ProV1 (which costs four times the price of these). How it works: If you have a medium to low swing speed, the compression will cause this ball to travel farther than most. But conversely, if you have a very fast (professional) swing speed, the ball will fly a little less than what professional balls prefer. Also, the great thing about this ball is that it's cheap, about $1 a ball, so unless you're very good and lose a lot of balls in a round, losing a ball is less of a financial loss. Also, the ball comes in orange, which is my favorite. Orange spheres are much easier to see in the sky on a cloudy day than white spheres. And since very few people play with orange balls, you're less likely to mistake your ball on the ground for someone else's. This ball should get full 5 stars from everyone who decides to play it. If you're a near-professional golfer, you already know that you need a ball with less compression and more spin to match your fast swing speed and ability to "work" (bend intentionally) the ball. But if you are not a very good golfer, buy this ball. Most of the negative customer reviews here are ridiculous. Check out recent one star reviews. One says the bullets feel like rocks, another says they feel like marshmallows β€” obviously something between those two extremes. Then some say they sent the wrong product or received the wrong color from the seller. This is not a review of THIS product and not a reason for a star. And there are some 3 star reviews claiming that the ball "wores out" after a full round (18 holes) or two. Look, if you can play the whole round without losing a single ball, fold that ball. Given the cost of playing golf, why skimp and play a $1 ball for more than one round? Serious tennis players don't play the same balls match after match, and there's no reason anyone should play a $1 golf ball for more than one round. Honestly, I'd really like to finish the round with the same ball as the first tee, which I've never done.
