I used the kettle several times before returning it. PROS: It's lightweight but well made and well balanced with a smart easy to use spout and a good whistle. CONS: After using it for a few days I thought I was waiting too long for my tea water so I did a test. I poured 2 cups of water into it and 2 into my old kettle and put them on the stove. While I liked the Ellenge better for style, pipe and design, several attempts took a full minute longer to boil the water. I sent it back to the seller. Return to the drawing board.
