Gift to mom for Christmas (2020). One side of the teapot is burned and this is not due to misuse. Also, as others have said, the design of the handle is poor because it's VERY easy to get burned. After waiting almost 2 weeks (!) for this teapot I was EXTREMELY SATISFIED and disappointed when I took it out of the box and found a scratch with missing paint right in the middle of the teapot saw clear sight. It is even more obvious that this was a returned damaged item as it was carelessly repackaged in the box.
