I like that it has been able to provide me all of my business needs in one place! It's easy for employees to use as well as customers/clients. The ability to have access from anywhere makes this program perfect for our small team (7 people). There really isn't anything bad about this software at present time. We are looking forward to future updates though so we can continue using these services even more efficiently. Having an effective sales management tool helps us stay organized and keep track of our customer data easily.
