Excellent insurance for CNC end mills.
For clamping on the CNC. They have enough strength to properly secure the workpieces on the moldboard, but messing up my toolpath won't break an expensive end mill. Another advantage: If they are too long, they can be easily shortened or sanded down without having to lift the spoiler board. I use them with 1/4-20 T-Nuts and Sliding T-Nuts.
