The user interface is extremely simple for anyone who doesn't work in this area but still needs some sort of inventory system. I think it's an excellent choice if you have no experience with creating your own software or managing accounting information because there are many different options that can be tailored to fit any size organization's specific need. It's not very robust when it comes to customization, so they should look into other solutions once their initial implementation has been completed as well. We had limited access to financial information which was difficult to collect. This helped us keep track of costs and where we stood financially throughout our projects.
