I agree with several posts that say you should not buy generic memory modules. I bought two 4GB modules for my Mac Book Pro and got the same results as the other reviewer: 3 beeps starting and stopping. The computer only booted up once. Checked the memory status and everything was fine until I turned on the computer a few hours later. The memory has the exact same specs as originally installed in my computer, but it doesn't work in mine. Save time and hassle and buy Crucial memory. Never had any problems with their products in the past. Also, the seller wants me to pay the return shipping cost. Another red flag warning. UPDATE: I just sent you a package via UPS. I had to pay $10.41 to ship the DEFECTIVE modules back to them.
