This is a Pollak in a Dorman box. Pollack speaks directly in front of him. Fits/works well but make sure you buy two at the best price as they are the exact same device. Easy to install. I have a 10 year old Ohio Corrosion. Press the tab and the strap will pop out instantly (dirt will fall off). To pry the old block out, press down on the latch with a flat head screwdriver (it will most likely break, no big deal). Turn counterclockwise facing the rear where the factory wiring harness is installed. You'll need wide, adjustable pliers to grip and twist it as it doesn't move manually. Maybe you could also twist it with a screwdriver/hammer, but that's more work than necessary. Installation is the reverse order.
