Review on 🧢 Fairycece Bamboo Knitting Needle Kit with Needle Case - Ideal Wooden Needles Set for Beginner Knitters by Amanda Castillo

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great needle set for beginners!

They arrived a few days later than expected but that was due to the post office not the seller. I checked all the needles and they are all smooth, no roughness or anything, the yarn has no snagging. All have a size in millimeters which is indicated on the page. I think I'm missing a size, the sizes I received match the product photo but not the written description. I have these sizes: 3.0mm, 3.5mm, 3.75mm, 4.0mm, 4.5mm, 5.0mm, 5.5mm, 6.0mm, 8.0mm, 9.0mm, 10.0mm. According to the product description, the following sizes are included: 3.0 mm, 3.75 mm, 4.0 mm, 4.5 mm, 5.0 mm, 5.5 mm, 6.0 mm, 6.5 mm, 8.0 mm, 9.0mm, 10.0mm. I think I have 3.5mm instead of 6.5mm. I'm not sure if this will be a problem or not as I'm just starting to learn to knit and don't know exactly what sizes I need. I just wanted a starter kit with various popular sizes to get started. Despite the confusion over the sizes that should be included in the set, I'm still happy with the purchase. They have a good range of sizes and they seem to be well made, the smaller sizes feel very fragile so I'll try to be careful when using them, they are so thin they seem very fragile but I can imagine that almost any needle that is small will feel delicate. The holder they came in is a nice little bonus. It's a little flimsy, but it's still a great way to store and organize your needles. Over time I plan to make my own halter as one of my beginner knitting projects. Overall for the price it's a great value and I think it's a great starter kit. Please note I didn't add any stars for "Ease of Use" because I haven't started learning how to use them yet, it's not against the seller at all, I just haven't had a chance to use them yet. So I can't give any feedback on this, but I don't think I'll have any problems with it.
