This scared me

to alert you when someone enters your home at night this does the job. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment and was looking for an extra sense of security as I live on the first floor. The product requires a 9V battery for each plug. It was easy to install. Mine is on a rug to keep it from slipping. I forgot I had set it up and the sound startled me when I opened the door. The sound is significant. I'm taking off a star because the plastic feels cheap and is likely to break easily.
