DON'T BUY THIS SHIT. I should have read more negative reviews before spending $180 on this inferior piece of crap. We installed it in our Tahoe for almost 4 months. We've only used it about 5 times, maybe an hour each time. Today he ate the DVD and didn't play or extract anymore. All he does is eat. Lights are on but NOTHING works. I'm fighting Revane right now to get him back. Your return period has expired, so I'm being sent to BOSS for warranty repairs. They want me to deal with the manufacturer and their warranty policy which is 3 years so that's cool but I have to pay to ship it to BOSS and then include a $20 money order to get the return to cover me if they either fix mine or send me a new one. So I have to invest another 40-50 dollars in this practically new device in hopes that it will be repaired or replaced with a better device. I feel like I wasted $180 of my money. Don't buy this. I would try another brand or something.
