My dog Ivy has a serious problem with wounds all over his body. The vet checked her 3 or 4 times, did tests and still got no answer. We made 3 appointments with the dermatologist but due to COVID19 they keep canceling appointments. A friend mentioned this company, 5Strand, I'm so glad. Found some points that could be part of the problem. I then wanted to do a more thorough review to include products that she might have issues with so I called 5Strands and spoke to Melissa, she was very helpful and a pleasure to speak to! Melissa then suggested adding food intolerance testing using previous samples from Ivy. [they keep previous samples for 3 weeks] Amazing company! Very easy to do!
