I've had this item for four months now and while I like its purpose of connecting multiple items such as hair dryers, electric toothbrushes, etc. I'm bumping into a few issues with it the 5 countries I took him to. 1. The motor in the device may run noisy during charging.2. I was shocked several times when plugging the phone in or taking it out of the charger. I'm not sure why this is happening, but it's frustrating.3. It's a little hard. Unfortunately I went through the return window, otherwise I would have sent it back.
