Excellent Fit. Door lock works like new and quiet. This was used on a standard 2002 Dodge Ram SLT cab with power windows. This drive has 4 pins. The other actuator type listed is 2 pin and most likely suitable for 4 door trucks but is not listed in the installation guide.
