Review on Botsup by Michael Glassburn

I like how easy it is for me as an entrepreneur (and non-developer) with no previous experience of creating bots or AI/ML projects - just using existing tools such us Slack! The support team really made my first project successful right from Day 1 by answering all questions quickly via email & phone calls when needed so not having any delays at that stage was great too!! Sometimes there are bugs but they fix them fast enough which makes life easier :) Would love if their pricing structure could be more affordable without sacrificing quality service level / delivery time frame etc..

It's definitely worth trying out BotSupport free version before investing into paid plans since some features may require extra payment even though this isn't mentioned anywhere prior purchase process ;) Creating simple interactive conversations between our customers directly through slack channels has greatly improved customer engagement levels while also solving many issues related around internal processes automation eetc.
