Updated 2/17/2018 - I will take this experience as a lesson - contact support first! I wrote a bad review for this product because I received a bad batch, but I used to be a big fan of the product itself. RawRev Support responded to my review, explaining the temporary manufacturing issue and offering to replace the defective packaging for free to replace. It has been over a month since the date of purchase and I had nothing to return as I tried a few bars and ended up throwing them away. The customer service team was far friendlier than I would have been under the same circumstances and the replacement order arrived within a few days. More importantly, they were absolutely right, the problem has been fixed. I love these bars and am so glad to see that the high quality of the product hasn't changed. Everyone experiences temporary setbacks; If you have any doubts after reading the reviews, please note that the issue is indeed resolved and I will be ordering more soon. These bars are delicious, the company stands by their product and their reputation is well deserved. I love Raw Rev Glo bars and have bought many of them at the grocery store with no problem. The bad review here is related to this particular order; I'm not sure if these bars were old or from an odd batch, but the 12-pack I received had a horribly bitter taste. I sampled a few from the packet to make sure it wasn't just a "rotten apple" but I inevitably had to spit them out - I ended up throwing the whole packet away. A real disappointment - I won't be buying them online again. Don't waste money.
