This Rosemary Castor Oil is amazing. I had problems with breakage and my hair seemed to fall out more than usual. I read that this combination of oils can support hair growth and hair strength and it did! This is a very thick combination of oils, so it needs to be rubbed into the scalp or it will just sit on the hair and turn it into a mess. into my hair and, with an oiled finger, dab down the length of the parting. I do this until I feel like I've covered most of my scalp and then comb it out, gently sliding the teeth of the comb over my scalp. I do this for about 20 minutes, the goal is to increase circulation to the scalp and apply the oil to the scalp, not just the hair. Then when I shower before bed, I wash it off. Some advise leaving it overnight but it didn't help me, it ruined the pillowcase and pillow. It also rinses off with just 1 shampoo. I've actually noticed that the flavor has become a lot less broken and more growing. Note that this is a strong rosemary scent. So if you don't like the smell of rosemary, you can skip it. I love the smell and have been doing this every night for a month and a half. I will definitely buy this again.
