It worked great the first time we connected it. The difference in internet speed with this hub compared to the USB-C hub that came with the laptop was minimal, but it was definitely measured slightly faster (3% average in my unofficial speed tests). So it was better than what came with the laptop (Lenovo L390 Yoga Thinkpad). Also, it looks very professional. It's durable compared to the cheap plastic feel that the hub and other converters have. It's only in our house, but it seems that it fits easily into the corporate environment. The bottom line is that it works, looks good, and you don't have to wait for drivers to be installed. Just plug and play - exactly as advertised.
