I actually got a used one like new and it works fine no problem but I had problems with the remote control but the company is very good they sent me a new one for free and asked me to change it old one to return and they paid for shipping too, that's the company i plan to deal with for future tool purchases so it's company anyway but this scale is so easy to use either by your phone or a remote control can be controlled off and nothing works well but I can't use both at the same time which is good plus the solenoid so I figured where do I just put the pounds the unit needs and wallah the unit loads it from itself and it evacuates and try not to let it down either.
