Coffee maker for 3 months
Our first coffee maker worked for 4 months then it started turning off mid brew and then stopped working altogether. The company suggested this was due to hard water build-up, although I descaled every month (the manual recommends every 3 months). They sent us a replacement machine (hence the 1 star) and this time I descaled every 2 weeks. It lasted 3 months; same problem. I emailed the company (as there was no "Contact Us" link on the order or product page) and will update the review when I hear from them.
