Review on Dental Herb Co. - Essentials Toothpaste: Flouride-Free Herbal Formula for Complete Oral Care (4 oz.) by Sara Murphy

So disappointing. I've been using Dental Herb's previous tooth and gum paste for about a year with amazing results - to the point where my gum recession has actually reversed. But after two weeks of using the new formula, my teeth and gums kept hurting. I've compared the old and new ingredient lists and it looks like they've removed the green tea, added xylitol, and possibly changed the ratio of some of the other original ingredients (e.g. don't rot). get the same scaling/brilliant smooth polish as before). I can only conclude that xylitol must be the main cause of my tooth and gum pain. What a shame to see this common chemical additive in natural toothpaste. I'm going to try the tonic first but they definitely lost a toothpaste customer with this change.
