Review on QiiMii by Jabari Campbell

Because QiiMii offers such an extensive selection of hydraulics, pneumatics, and irrigation products, I thought it would be a good idea for me, a novice in the industrial and scientific field, to give them a try. Having said that, my interactions with their customer support department left a lot to be desired. Despite having a website that was easy to navigate, I had a difficult time locating the information I required and ended up having to contact customer support for assistance. Unhappily, I was met with reactions that were unhelpful and dismissive, and they did not address the concerns that I raised. In addition, the quality of the products that were sent to me was below average and did not correspond to the specifications that were provided on the website. When I tried to contact them once more, I was faced with a lack of accountability, and there was no progress made toward resolving my problems. In general, I was underwhelmed by QiiMii's customer support as well as the quality of their products, and as a result, I will not be making any future purchases from them.
